Recently AA put out a series of videos where he declared himself to be against right-wing populism in order to claim the "realist" or sensible centre-left position in politics. Let's talk about this.
Taking the conclusions of this piece seriously is to take the fall of the West as a foregone conclusion. Then what is the motivating force for those on the Right that are not Christians or are only weakly Christians? Living on the fringes of society is almost homomorphic with living as a criminal with a reward that, I am quite sure you understand, none of the children of those parents living on such fringes will be able to affirm and choose for themselves without difficulty or a significant degree of delusion. To make that choice without delusion would require a noosphere wherein the center (to use Dugin's center-periphery language) is less able to maintain epistemic hegemony when the day-to-day activities of individuals have deteriorated to the point such that narrative control is mere farce. Frankly, waiting for that situation is not a desirable future, and I want no part of it.
I look to the generational changes within the Communist party of China as a more desirable scenario for rising elite aspirants. The CCP is less the people's party than it is the smart people's party, as individuals looking to rise in status utilize the party for personal gain. Cynically utilizing the party apparatus and instilling some measure of cynicism for the power structure in one's children seems to be a more adaptive strategy. If the US takes the path of China wherein the Left becomes dominant, every Right-leaning elite aspirant should immediately abandon the Republican party, cynically use the power structure of the state, spout the Shibboleths, and ride the inevitable wake of destruction that would eventually require realpolitick on the side of the state to maintain its existence. This realpolitick being the result of having no other method of exporting political instability given the loss of the ostensibly Right-wing party. We could only hope that such a change occurs quickly, leaving something of a materially desirable society on the other side rather than fucking sub-saharan Africa. A longer transition would almost certainly result in the latter.
If you are not Christian, you will struggle in today's deracinate, individualistic, mass-man environment. The nihilism question hangs over everything these days.
"Looting the treasury" is definitely a plan, but you must be doing it for the welfare of your people as part of an organized, focused plan on behalf of your in-group community. Doing it for yourself just makes you another criminal elite.
