In the light of the recent events in the Middle East, I brought Ron on to talk about how we should think through the Christian's relationship with today's Jewish people and the religion they profess.
Once again, as always, Kruptos, you leave me with the same paradox. Ever since I arrived at this space a short while ago, I find deep nourishment. Food for the soul and yet my hunger increases. I am filled, yet I ache with heretofore unknown desires.
My work is to clean houses. I am A-okay with that. I push back against the forces of entropy in my own little way. I drive to the house, insert earbuds, ✔️, then I become motion. All the while these new ideas infuse me.
Today, I listened to The Christian Ghetto- What is America and The Christian Ghetto with Ron Dodson - twice. In this podcast you said "Guys do leave comments". As well, Ron Dodson asked for feedback. So, I comply with the request.
After this confession may no one be shy to comment!
I have an eighth grade education. My ignorance of the matters you discuss here is stunning! Hahaha But I yearn to learn. I listen keenly, I pray to truly understand, then I let sleep and dreams distill the learnings.
Thank you and bless you for this clear running fountain.
Allow me a cultural observation:
On the one side the feminine.
I see generations of women painted into a living hellscape through propaganda, none more so than Gen Z.
On the other side the masculine.
I witness The Regime crushing all things masculine, of late in particular, with a kind of desperation. I listen to you, Kruptos, and the gentlemen with whom you converse and I am amazed by a force of regeneration.
It is a mystery to me where and how a conduit arises, but it seems inevitable.
Thank you for the kind words. We read. Like you we listen to others in this sphere. We encourage each other in our group chat. But when it comes down to it, we really are nourished and guided by our Christian faith. In these times when so many conventional understandings of things are breaking apart, we find ourselves looking back and mining the deep resources of our own tradition as well. God does provide!

That is so encouraging!
Excellent overview. I can tell Ron is familiar with James B. Jordan/ Theopolis institute.
Jim was a mentor to me.
The idea that the 'man from Macedon' was Alexander the Great is mind-blowing to me.
I know. There is a lot of paradigm shifting stuff in that interview.
