I'm a bit of a fan of third positions myself.
Really appreciate the 'neither' position here, it's so rare to see nuance on this topic! Most poeple treat individualism vs collectivism like it's binary when realistically we all exist somewhere inbetween those extremes. I've noticed in my own community how people flip between both depending on context, which makes the whole debate feel kinda artificial sometimes.
